UPDATED: Baking/Cooking Question For My Readers Who Cook

I’m currently checking in from 33027 feet in the air! As soon as I completed my work, I went to planning THE 30th Fiesta! I promise to check in this week, but I have a quick question for you readers…can I swap Greek yogurt for butter in this Slow Cooker Nacho Cheese Recipe: http://snapcreativity.com/slow-cooker-nacho-cheese-recipe/

My goal is to create an awesome Taco Bar like The Hostess with the Mostess did: http://blog.hwtm.com/2012/04/fabulous-skippyjon-jones-birthday-party-fiesta/

  • Fiesta Chicken
  • Corn Dip from my Grandmother-In-Law’s birthday party
  • Salsa (probs from Costco)
  • My brother in law’s infamous guacamole (if he reveals his secret recipe I promise to share here because it is DELISH.

BUT, I need Nacho Cheese for a nacho bar! Although butter just seems overkill in this recipe. I am probably wrong, but I have to make sure! OK, they are making me log off. I hope you all enjoy the rest of your Sunday!!!

XOXO, Karen

UPDATE: Look what Charlotte just pinned: http://www.picklee.com/2012/08/01/recipe-substitutions/ Apparently I can swap mashed avacado for butter!!!!! Thanks Charlotte!
